Amazing Thing Happened Yesterday

Yesterday 10 pm at night. Me and Gan were busy making wanton skin with our noodle machine at our new bakmie stall at IMM Jurong.

When a young gentleman walked up to our stall and asked:

"Can I meet the boss of this stall please? A Mr Marcelly?"

I looked at Gan and I was confused.

"Ermm.. we own the stall. I am Marcelly and Mr Marcelly would be... my husband?"

He then looked confused.

" I worked upstairs and I found a ring at the ATM downstairs and I was wondering if this is yours.


Inside the ring, "Mr Marcelly - 14/02/09" was engraved nicely.

He then told us his little journey of finding us.

When he found the ring, he googled "Marcelly" and found my sillycelly blog.

From my blog, he found out about www.makanbakmie.blogspot.com.
From the bakmie blog, he found out that we just started a bakmie stall in IMM Jurong banquet.


And there he was, handing us a shiny round little thing with diamond in the centre.

IT WAS GAN's WEDDING BAND!!!

GOSH!

I tell you... how amazing is that?


I must thank him again, this time pubicly, his name is Gui.

Free bakmie on the house next time he visits us. Hopefully not with Gan's ring again cause he tends to misplace it sometimes.. Grrr........


I am also glad for once, that my name is so google-able.
Phew..
