My take on :
1. Having tuition and mock test for your basic driving theory test
Oh my gudness!
Singaporeans, quit it on the tuition thing already. Having tuition is just telling your mind that you are not smart enough to read it up the night before, understand it and pass the test.
2. The rising Candy
Canadian Dollar is going sky high crazy.
I have taken an interest to knowing why this and that happens nowadays, makes me feel like I should have taken more Economy classes last time.
Anyway, CAND is going up and up, 30 yr high.
Good news is that my land investments are all in Candy.
The value has doubled the last 2 yrs and moreover, in terms of SGD, it has gone up extra. So when it cashes out next yr or so, just nice to down for a house?
But a tiny bit of downside is that I am getting a bit more Canadian land this year.
But I guess compared to the massive rate of returns (20%+ p.a), I am willing to stomach any loss in currency exchange, if there is any at all,
Cause Candy is expected to raise and raise steadily to match USD.
Aye.. You go Canadians! I love your ice hockey fights and your lovely `country.
3. The IRs
Wah lah.. Getting to rob/cheat at the IR? Just watched Ocean's 13 today. Think maybe got some inspiration again now.. Muahaha..
ok joking, scary man.. in Singapore everything monitored, skarli people think I am serious.
I was wondering how successful IRs gonna be. A bit too ambitious leh. 2 at the same time, so huge and also, this place is so
clean, how to have fun in the casino then?
Macau really thrives as the most revenue making casino area around, cause of its massive amount money laundering happening and the rampant, easy-to-get vices around.
It just smells that way in casinos. Expensive smells, Spanish fly mixed with alcohol, poppy and anything that smells fun, ecstasy, mulah.
In Singapore, the casinos are gonna smell a bit of anti-septic unless the gahment loosens up some belt hole, will the big gamblers still go?
Maybe to give face hor?
How about the rest, smaller time gamblers, Don't forget your hundred bucks entrance fine.
But hey, I think they prepared for the money lending liao. Smart.....
Next time can go Post Office to borrow money to gamble. Heh Heh. We Love James.
4. The Car-Zhnging, cool way and beng way
Cool Way: Spend your first grand on nicer, bigger rims. Please.
Fit, City go for 16 inch, min.
Vios, Mazda 3, Civic, min 17, but 18 or 19 will be grand!
The next grand on lowering the bleeding car and buy freaking wax to polish the colour.
If it's just a Jap cmall sedan/hatchback, worse still Korean and Msia car, don't go choosing lime green, yellow, all these.. aiyohh...
Cannot make it lah.. looks like a wannabe and cannot be.
If it's a continental and sports, then colour pink polka dots also can..
Beng Way: Spend the first grand on painting it
oh biang colour, paste vynils and then buy millions of soft toys to put in car.
Oh dear.............no cool lah no cool...
Ok, that's the thoughts of the day.
